Executive Education Programmes

The Executive Education Programmes (EEP) department at IIM Bangalore addresses the evolving learning needs of working professionals by offering programmes that enable them to enhance their knowledge, capabilities, and leadership potential while continuing their careers.
As one of Asia’s leading graduate schools of management and an Institute of National Importance under the IIM Act of 2017, IIM Bangalore combines academic rigour with practical relevance. Our Programme Portfolio

EEP offers both Open and Custom Programmes designed to address the learning and development needs of individuals, organisations, and industry ecosystems. Programme formats range from short-duration interventions of 3 to 15 days to longer, more immersive learning journeys extending beyond 15 days. Depending on the learning objectives, programmes may be delivered in a continuous format or spread across several weeks or months.
Every year, IIM Bangalore conducts over 170 Executive Education Programmes, including more than 100 customised programmes, serving over 6,000 participants across industries, sectors, and levels of management. IIM Bangalore’s executive education programmes are delivered across two distinctive campuses. The Institute’s iconic 100-acre main campus on Bannerghatta Road, designed by renowned Pritzker Prize-winning architect Dr Balkrishna Doshi, is celebrated for its unique blend of architecture, greenery, and world-class infrastructure. In 2021, it was recognised among ‘The 25 Most Significant Works of Post-War Architecture by The New York Times Style Magazine’.
Located in Bengaluru, India’s technology and innovation capital, the campus enjoys proximity to some of the country’s leading organisations across sectors, enabling a meaningful integration of academic learning with industry insights and practical experience. The campus offers an environment that is both calming and intellectually stimulating, creating a memorable setting for learning and professional development.
Complementing the main campus is IIM Bangalore’s newer 110-acre campus in Jigani, located approximately 27 kilometres away. Set amidst serene natural surroundings, the campus offers an ideal environment for learning, reflection, and professional growth.
Executive education participants benefit from dedicated Management Development Centre (MDC) facilities on both campuses. While the MDC on the main campus has long been a hub for executive learning, the newer campus overlooks the Bannerghatta National Reserve, and houses a state-of-the-art residential MDC with modern classrooms, accommodation, discussion spaces, dining facilities, and recreational amenities.
